I originally bought this BB cream when I was looking for something that is less drying and heavy on the skin. The colour is a little more yellow (though yellow-based is more beneficial than pink as it will look too red for many), and it is not pale at all nor have a grey cast (yay!).
It is great for summer since it has a sheer coverage, so you do anything without having to worry about it melting off your face or your pores not being able to breathe (I also went to exercise with it & it was comfortable). Since it is dewy looking, you may want to use a nice loose power over it, and then bring a compact powder that has SPF (The BB cream has good SPF, but it is recommended to re-apply SPF for your own advantage).
It would be too dark in the fall/winter times for fair skin, but still excellent if you have tanner skin (NC30/NW25) & wants something with hydrating properties that will give you a glow~
I have lots of bb creams in my collection. But this one sits in the back of the bag becuase I just don’t use it. Rather than be wastefull i use it on my body as a sunscreen in the summer. The thing that upsets me most about this bb cream is how it’s always advertised as ‘oil free’ and for ‘acne prone skin’ But as soon as I got the bottle in the mail one of the first ingredients is mineral oil! If you have acne you should never use mineral oil on your skin, it will deeply clog your pores.
The color : really yellowly, almost orange, the only bb cream ive ever found that was too yellow.
Coverage: VERY sheer, this will only tint your skin, but it won’t cover anything
oil control: I dont think it helps or hurts as far as oil control but it contains oil and surprisingly dries my skin out
smell: I guess the smell is nice enough, i like lightly fragranced products
Texture: very light texture, even lighter than my moisturizer, feels like nothing at all
Honestly, skip this bb cream if you want any coverage or if you have any breakouts, I was very disapointed that this contains oil when its supposed to help acne
