This BB cream seems to be favorable to others but for me, I don’t think it works well. I got a 5ml sample tube of this product for 32pesos or less than a dollar and glad I didn’t purchase the real size. I’m in search for the perfect bb cream for my troubled skin. Let me tell you about my skintone, I’m typically asian not white, yellow or pale and definitely not dark. Average skin color with some imperfections.
This is my first try in the LIOELE line of bb creams. Claims to be very moisturizing and hydrates your tired skin. Let me start first with the COVERAGE- I have blemishes all over and post acne scars, this cream wasn’t able to surpass my expectations. The coverage is sheer to light. Well atleast for my imperfect skin, the coverage isn’t awesome. I’ve tried mixing this with a shine base but the coverage wont last. A few hours my dark spots became prominent. At first, I had a glowy skin after 2 days of using this but after 1 week, I notice my skin became darker and dull. What happened to it’s moisturizing properties?
TEXTURE is light and smooth that when applied, it glides smoothly on my face. I notice the little water on the cream at first, I dont know if it’s what they call the water drop. I love how it blends well on my skin. It feels very light.
OIL CONTROL – minimal oil control for my skin type. My face wasnt that shiny but I need to put powder after a few hours. I notice a few breakouts after using this product. I don’t know if this is the real culprit.
SMELL- I really cant tell if this smells good but I cant smell a sweet or harsh smell either. It smells plain just like any other make up products.
Sorry to disapprove on the other positive reviews but this BB cream didnt work on me well. I won’t say that this is not a good product, but instead I’ll need to find another BB cream that will really work on my imperfect skin.
A few things I like about LIOELE water drop BB cream: gives my skin natural finish. I admit the coverage look natural, you wont cake or no grayish look which is a good thing. Blends really well because it is not sticky. And my skin looks hydrated. Yet again, I need a good coverage with a matte finish bb cream.
WIll I repurchase? Definitely not.. But I’m willing to try other LIOELE products. Hope this review helps. Always remember not all of us have same skin needs. A product that wont suit me maybe helpful to some.

First off.
Yes, I was skeptical about buying this BB cream because many people on Youtube and other reviews I have read all said negative comments; also stating that it had sheer coverage and doesn’t do much for your skin. I always try to read up as much as I can on a BB cream before I buy it to see if it’s really worth it. So I decided to take a chance on it anyways.
COVERAGE.
I thought that this wouldn’t really do me well with it’s coverage. Everyone says it has little to sheer coverage. I’m going to disagree. IT”S AMAZING. I can’t get over it. My skin looks sooo good, fresh and new! I had some acne and it’s totally not visible. This stuff blew me away. I was walking to a store down the street and a lady stopped me to comment on how good and clean my skin looked. It made my day! Seriously, I don’t know of others are just not using enough, but this stuff is really good.
TEXTURE.
I only used a tiny amount. Like a half a dime sized amount. A little goes a long way. When you rub it into your skin it’s really soft and light. SInce it is a watery BB cream it spreads very fluidly so it’s super easy to belnd into your skin. It’s so hydrating and makes your skin look super suave. I don’t know how to describe it, but when you apply it’s a good feeling, kinda like when you just finished washing your face. refreshing!
COLOR.
When I put it on my hand for the first time it looked a little orange-toned. My skin is fairly white, or light so I was terrified. When you belnd it on your skin and it oxidizes it’s a perfect fit.
LASTING.
I think it may have waterproof elements to it. It pretty much lasts the whole day and doesn’t slide off your face. I don’t know if it’s sweatproof but it’s pretty good with water. When you wash it off it forms little waterdrops on your face, so its hydrophobic. Make sure you use a face wash or soap when you take this off along with other makeup. Since water is its base ingredient it’s good for my skin since I mostly have dry skin. People with oily skin, this will be okay for your skin as long as you apply face podwer of a translucent powder on top
NOTABLE.
I can’t really tell it it’s super scented. I can smell a very very light sweet fragrance but its noting too overwhelming.
It’s coverage is REALLY AWESOME!
I’ve tried the skin79 hot pink bb cream and the Skin79 lovely girl bb cream, The Lioele one is the best one I’ve tried. I love it, seriously!
It’s super refreshing and makes your skin look clear and baby smooth and feel butter soft.

This was my first bb cream and I love it!
It has a very sheer coverage to give your skin a glowing effect. Also, I noticed that it made my skin super soft even after I took this cream off. I love love love the smell of this!!! Nice light floral scent. The texture was watery and it did not feel cakey at all!!!
this is the 2nd bb cream i’ve purchased. so far it’s one of my favorites.
coverage – medium to sheer. it hides my redness and blends my overall complexion, but if i have a small pimple it won’t be totally covered. also i’m an NC30 (with MAC) and once you blend it on the skin it’s still a good match.
texture – love it. easily blendable even with just my finger or a brush. the water base makes it glide, in my opinion.
oil control – so-so. i have to blot after about 4 hours.
smell – a nice, floral scent. very mild.
overall – i love this for its blendability. i don’t like having to keep rubbing on product on my face for too long as i’m a very on-the-go person in the morning. will definitely repurchase.
This BB cream was my favorite out of all the Lioele bb creams I tried at the Korean store. It doesn’t have full coverage and has the consistency of a tinted moisturizer. If you want more coverage, I would suggest trying their other bb creams or wearing concealer over certain areas. However, the upside of this bb cream is that it is SO natural looking. Most bb creams are ghastly white with ash undertones but this BB cream is a natural biege color with yellow undertones. It looks GREAT on people who are a MAC 25,30 or 35. Also, the texture of the bb cream is so hydrating and blends into the skin immediately. I hate how other bb creams are cakey white and cant blend properly.
DEFINITELY my favorite out of all the Lioele BB creams.
PROS: Hydrating, Blendable, Natural-Looking, Good Oil Control
CONS: Minimal Coverage
