the glitters are the one reason this bb cream has left me disappointed. in the sun, it looks like you have major fallout. dame goes for strong spot lights. Even from a greater distance it is noticeable. I hope to be able to wear it on grey, rainy days, because i like the tone, i like the feel, and i like how it evens out my complexion. But these sparkles remain a big no no.
The most defining characteristic about this bb cream is that it literally has a flecks of glitter in the liquid. The coverage is light and blends easily, and while the color is a little ashen, it soon oxidizes to become dewy. It also does not cause my skin to break out, which is a major attraction when looking for oil free creams.
Although the glitter is subtle for what it is, and actually does contribute to that ‘glow’–at the end of the day, it is glitter and distinctly noticeable to anyone within arms length.
I would recommend it to younger girls in middle school or high school, but this is not a bb cream for young professionals.
This cream is overall ok. I found the texture to be thick and difficult to blend. I am a beauty professional and still had trouble with the blending, my hairline was pinky/orange. So this product DOES oxidate. I have adult acne, with moderate oil production. I found the oil control in this product to be fair. After a few hours the t-zone was oily so a second product such as blotting film or pressed powder is neccesary. The smell of the product was unpleasant but faded after wearing for a few hours. If you are looking for a product that is below $10 this product may be right for you. This product may also be great for younger women who are new to bb creams. I would recomend this cream to a friend.
